With over 30 years experience in the insurance industry, Dan's goal is to provide the type of service and advice that only a seasoned veteran of the business can. He has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Sales Lead

Luis has lived in NWA for over 16 years and enjoys raising his family here as well as doing anything outdoors. His professionalism and experience in sales make him a capable manager of our sales team. Luis can assist customers in Spanish and English.

Marketing Manager

Sarah has two BAs in Spanish and Linguistics from the University of Central Arkansas and an MBA from Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. She brings marketing know-how and a knack for communications to the agency. She enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Agency Process Manager

Daniel has a BA in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from the University of North Texas. He brings a decade of operations and logistics experience to the team. He enjoys being outdoors in the Natural State.

Operations Manager

Maritza has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. She is an expert in reviewing coverage to make sure clients have the best protection possible. Originally from Texas, she now enjoys life with her husband and four boys in NWA.

Licensed Sales Producer

Hector has three years of experience in the insurance industry, working across Property as well as Life and Health coverage. He brings a people-first approach to his work, with a genuine passion for connecting and building relationships in the community. Outside the office, Hector enjoys spending time playing disc golf. He and his wife share their home with their dog Remy and their black cat, Alfie.

Stephanie has been with Benchmarq Insurance for almost 10 years, and anyone who speaks with her knows she goes above and beyond for clients. She enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren in beautiful NWA.

Senior Sales Agent

Josh hails from New Mexico and has lived in Hawaii, but he now enjoys life with his family in Northwest Arkansas. A capable Sales Agent, he will assist you with crafting a policy that fits your lifestyle. He enjoys sports, skeet shooting, and mountain biking.
